EXCELLENT!!. No problems at all. The progress of my order was easily monitored online. I chose to buy a TV from 1staudiovisual.co.uk for two reasons. (1) they were offering the cheapest price for the make and model number of my chosen TV. (2) having looked at their website, I noted that the delivery service was much better than most. The courier did ring me before the proposed delivery to check it was a suitable day. I confirmed it was and he said he would ring late afternoon/evening the day before to give me a 2 hour time slot for delivery. True to his word, he did ring me the day before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and did deliver within that time slot. No waiting in all day! Credit must go to the courier from Birmingham (I didnt note his name), who was both curteous and did what he said he would do. I couldnt ask for anything more from this transaction with 1staudiovisual. Needless to say that if their price is competitive for any future audio/visual purchases, then I wont hesitate to use 1staudiovisual.rnIan Burns
