When I ordered my LED TV from these guys it was £200 cheaper than anywhere else; great I thought, put my order in and sat back and waited. Being impatient because it didnt arrive the next day, which in any case was the weekend, I did a bit of research on Google to find a few negative comments about 1stAudiovisual - oh dear I thought ! I then looked back on their site and my TV had now gone up in price - oh dear, dear ! rnrnNothing I could do, so I waited, and low and behold two days later my TV arrived. Delivery was perfect, the driver even called me to make sure I was going to be in. The packaging/wrapping was excellent. The TV is superb, picture quality excellent. And the price was the best on the internet - I can guarantee this as I spent days researching every price comparison site and used every etailer I could find on Google.rnrnSo do your research, sure youll find a few negative comments on 1staudiovisual, but then as the old saying goes youre never going to please everyone, and the trouble is if you go into a shop they could offer the worst service in the world and youd probably never know. But on the internet it is far too easy to post negative comments against a company which they have difficulty defending. rnrnMy experience is that I am happy to recommend them 100 - so thanks for my TV, particularly to Chelsea who processed my order.
