LG Washin Machine

A 1st Class Service from 1staudiovisual.Ordered washing machine late Wednesday evening delivery to be Friday. Excellent communication service from the delivery company 1 call to say they would be here between 3pm & 5pm was that ok and a 2nd call just to say they were delayed in traffic and were on there way. The online tracking is fantastic i was kept upto date with everything. Washing Machine was £50 cheaper than Comet and with Free Delivery. I will be using 1staudiovisual again & will pass this on to everyone i know.

TV Purchase

Initially I was delighted with the service offered by your company. This changed to trepidation when it appeared that contrary to what was previously advised, the article was not in stock & delivery would be protracted. rnrnFortunately the problem was somehow rectified, and the subsequent performance of your salesv team was exemplary.

Samsung LCD series 5

Just a quick note to say how impressed i was with your customer service right through to delivery of my tv. The Tv was £200 cheaper than anywhere else i had looked. From when i ordered i was informed via email of what stage my order was at. I ordered late sunday night and chose standard delivery. I was watching my new tv by tuesday evening. Its very refreshing ordering online and been informed of everything instead of having to ring and chase which i have done many times in the past with other internet companies. Thanks for your fantastic service i will definately recommend you!!
