Due to the huge range of products we supply, any technical pre sales or product advice can already be found by calling the manufacturer directly or even at your local retail store before returning to order on-line at bargain prices with us! We supply all manufacturers web and telephone contact details under the specification tab of each product, and under the warranty section on our website. This greatly reduces our costs and provides you with the lowest price.

Logging on to process your order, check stocks, return goods, query existing orders, print your invoice and engage in live chat support, allows us to process your order more efficiently. Less calls = Less cost. All the answers are on our website.

Current customer - Please  with any query about your order, please log-in here and leave us a message in writing on "Add comments or questions to this order". This is our preferred method and we try to respond within 1 hour Mon-Fri 10-4pm. Please do not reply back to automatic e-mails generated by the order tracking system.
