UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES
Free delivery is available on all items*, dispatched in 3-5 days and delivered anytime between 9-6 pm. You will be notified the day of dispatch by e-mail and for most items if you are out when the 3rd party courier arrives, they will leave a card to contact their local depot to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.
Next business day delivery is available on ALL items*, with cost dependent on weight and value. Price is highly subsidised, for example all items up to the size and weight of a 42 inch plasma can be delivered next business day for under 15 pounds!

The next business day, pre 12 and Saturday delivery service prices can be found by clicking on the Delivery tab on every product page. To be eligible for these services you will need to place your order before 2pm.
Next business day service is undertaken by reputable 3rd party courier services such as Citylink , DHL, TNT and Business Post. While 99% of these deliveries arrive on time, the service is a target rather than a guarantee.
Saturday services are not necessarily available in all areas and you will be contacted if the service centre in your area is not open on weekends. Saturday deliveries are made before midday.
All delivery times are subject to availability and our sales team will confirm by updating your account the day prior to delivery. You will be emailed text messaged notification but we strongly recommend you regularly log in to your account to track progress.
NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES*
Do you live in Northern or the Republic of Ireland or Isle of Wight? Jersey or Guernsey or Isle of Man? No problem since you still can benefit from the amazing bargains at 1staudiovisual. We will deliver outside of mainland UK at the following rates. Items under £39 when purchased in conjunction with another product will be despatched free of charge.

Please note, due to the additional distances involved, pre 12 delivery services are not available for non mainland UK, AB , PA or IV postcodes and next business day deliveries will be made in two working days rather than one. For deliveries to the Shetland Islands, Hebrides, and Orkney islands a sales representative will call you with a quote.
*Please note that we can not deliver Home Appliances to Non UK Mainland and some Scottish addresses free of charge.
Due to the cost of insurance and the fragile nature of the products, we are unable to offer an international delivery service for any LCD or Plasma screen over 37". Screens 40" and over can be made available for collection for customers willing to make their own arrangements for overseas shipping. (This limitation includes deliveries to Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands)
For European or any countries outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland please contact us for a delivery price quote.
At the point of delivery you may be asked for identification such as a passport, recent utility bill, driving license or bank statement.
Throughout your order we will keep you updated on progress via your account, and you will be notified of each update by e-mail and of critical updates also by SMS. Orders are delivered by one of our couriers between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please keep the original packing for at least 14 days in case you have any reason to return your purchase. Failure to do so will mean you will be required to return any goods in your own packaging and at your own risk and cost. |
