9 out of 10 customer orders are processed without the need for any customer correspondence. Every time your order progresses, an e-mail is sent providing you with all the information and answers you require. Most orders are completed within 48 hours. All questions can be answered in the customer support section of the website and you can log-in to check your order status, print your invoice or make a comment. We do prefer all correspondence to be undertaken this way so you have a complete written copy for your future reference.
1). We will e-mail you confirming receipt of your order. (Mon-Fri)
2). Shortly after that, we will e-mail you the name of the sales representative dealing with your order.
3). If the product are in stock, we will e-mail your delivery details.
4). If the product that you have ordered is not in stock, we will e-mail to inform you when it will be available.
5). The moment that the product that you have ordered is in stock, we will e-mail to reconfirm your order and arrange delivery. Please note that no payment is taken from your card until the goods are sent out to you for delivery.
6). Your goods will be sent by a reputable 3rd party courier like DHL or TNT.
7). Upon receipt of your goods, please inspect and notify us within 48 hours of any shortage/damage.
8). To view your invoice please log-in to your account.
