Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday at 1pm. Good communication and excellent price, the TV was £70 cheaper than Argos even with their special offers. I was originally very skeptical of ordering over the internet something as expensive as a Plasma TV but now I cannot recommend 1staudiovisual enough. I believed all their customer comments were made up by themselves but took the chance of ordering anyway. From initial ordering to delivery of my item the communication was top notch. I was informed what was happening every step of the way. The site said my item was not due for delivery till the beginning of March yet I received it the week prior to this, well packaged and strapped to its own pallet. The Plasma itself, the LG 50PS8000 is remarkable. All reviews said it struggled with standard definition signals and this is true but when hooked up to SkyHD it is clear beyond belief, although you do have to tweak the settings first. To conclude, 1staudiovisual is now on my favourites list and the first place I come to for all my electronics. Thank You Very Much.
