I was originally very skeptical of ordering over the internet something as expensive as a Plasma TV but now I cannot recommend 1staudiovisual enough. I believed all their customer comments were made up by themselves but took the chance of ordering anyway. From initial ordering to delivery of my item the communication was top notch. I was informed what was happening every step of the way. The site said my item was not due for delivery till the beginning of March yet I received it the week prior to this, well packaged and strapped to its own pallet. The Plasma itself, the LG 50PS8000 is remarkable. All reviews said it struggled with standard definition signals and this is true but when hooked up to SkyHD it is clear beyond belief, although you do have to tweak the settings first. To conclude, 1staudiovisual is now on my favourites list and the first place I come to for all my electronics. Thank You Very Much.

This site is just amazing! Ordered a Sharp LC32DH57EBK television and a half price LG BD360 blueray player. I recieved E-mails every step of the order. Both arrived promptly and safely the very next morning. This is also a business that answers your e-mails promptly if you have any quearies. Unknown of in this day and age. Both items are excellent and I got the best deal I could find on the internet by a long way and the television has a free 3 year warranty. What can I say ordered tv on thursday arrived friday,also came with wall bracket,deliverd same day this is service I thought long gone in to-days world.Also got a five year upgrade insurance for £109.00 when the likes of argos asked £234.00 for three years.This is the first time Ive used 1staudiovisual but it wont be the last they keep you updated on your order by email I had four altogther telling me were my order was up to.I honestly cant praise them enough if you have any worries about ordering on line dont.you wont be disappointed a great company.

love the tv. love the service i was provided, i ordered tv on monday and on wednesday i had it delivered. love the price (was cheaper £200 than in currys on date of purchase now is still £170 difrence). i recomend 1staudiovisual to everyone
