How can I print my invoice?
Once your order has been successfully completed, your invoice will be available to print if you log-in to your account on our website.
I require a refund.
To cancel your order or request a refund please log-in and let us know in writing.
When can I expect my refund?
- If we did not process your order, we will not have received payment from your bank. Please contact your bank directly to say you no longer wish to proceed with this purchase and they will put the funds back into your account.
- If we did process your order, we can arrange a refund in 5-7 days.
- If you have received the goods, we have to wait until they are returned and inspected before a decision can be made. Ordinarily this takes 7-14 days but should a dispute then arise, we reserve the right to withhold the refund for up to 30 days until the matter is resolved to both parties' satisfaction.
What is deferred payment?
Once you complete your payment on-line, your card issuing bank puts this into their “deferred payment scheme”. This means it is not taken from you account but reserved by your bank. It can only be transferred to us once we verify that we have despatched the goods. If we do not have stock or cannot process your order we will inform you. You can then choose to wait for our stock to arrive or notify us that you no longer wish to proceed with this purchase and we will abort the deferred payment and your funds will be released in your account.
