Unwanted Products - Your Right to Cancel

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order because you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, we provide a 14 Days No Quibbles Return Policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product (or products) bought from us, you are totally at liberty to do so.

As a consumer you have the right, under the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel the contract and receive a refund for your goods if cancelled in writing within 7 days. However, at 1staudiovisual we will accept unwanted AV products for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging and accessories in pristine as new condition.

All products returned MUST be 100% complete and contain ALL the original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Soiled, damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Provided that the return meets these conditions then we will give you a full refund for the returned product, less the charge from our couriers for collecting the goods should you require us to do so. We make no warehouse restocking fees, no admin fees, nor any other hidden charges.

You are required to inform us in writing of your request to cancel by logging into your account, selecting Returns & Faults, and filling in the online RMA form before goods can be returned to us. This must be completed within fourteen working days from the day your goods were delivered to you.

We will offer to arrange the collection for you or you can return the goods to us yourself. Should you choose to return goods yourself which arrive damaged it will be your responsibility to claim for this from your courier and we will not issue a refund so in this case we would strongly advise using an insured service.

Unwanted non faulty items returned for refund or exchange, for whatever reason, but within 14 days will not be subject to ANY additional charges, unlike many other retailers.

Faulty Products - Return within 14 days for Refund or Exchange with NO hidden charges

If any product develops a fault within the first 14 days of receipt we will collect and either refund or replace with NO COSTS TO YOU WHATSOEVER. No restocking fees, No courier charges, No collection charges, no admin charges.

We do require that you report it to us by logging in to your account, selecting Returns and Faults, and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before goods can be returned to us.

Any product returned as faulty within the first 14 days of receipt must be assessed by the manufacturer or an agent of the manufacturer to confirm that it is indeed faulty. This process can take up to 5 working days from collection of the product.

Should a fault be confirmed by the manufacturer then we will offer a full refund or replacement of the product.

For all UK Mainland orders collection and replacement costs of faulty goods will be met in FULL by 1staudiovisual.

All original packaging should be retained for returns/refund/warranty purposes. Should you require 1staudiovisual to arrange collection of a product you MUST have kept all the original packaging and accessories. If your goods go faulty within 14 days and you have not kept the packaging you will be required to return the goods using your own courier at your own risk as we will not be able to guarantee safe transit using our own couriers.


Products that develop a fault after 14 days

All 1staudiovisual products come with a minimum 1 year warranty period. Any product that develops a fault after the first 14 days following delivery then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a repair, or if the warranty agent agrees the unit cannot be repaired, a replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange
