Excellent service. Next day delivery arrived on schedule. Email alerts and website tracking makes you feel everything is going like clockwork in the warehouses. I expect had anything gone wrong I would have been informed immediately and 1staudiovisual would have provided the necessary support. As it was I didnt need to test the system, but well done - lots of sites get the customer experience wrong. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service ! No ifs buts or maybes. TV arrived bang on time in perfect condition. As for the TV Im really pleased ! Really brilliant picture on Freeview, and HD is unbelievable. Several reviews I have read complain about sound issues with these TVs but I have found no problems with it at all. All in all a great TV with easy updates via either the set or by usb. Thank you 1staudiovisual I shall be returning and will recommend you everytime.
