I believed all their customer comments were made up by themselves but took the chance of ordering anyway. From initial ordering to delivery of my item the communication was top notch. I was informed what was happening every step of the way. The site said my item was not due for delivery till the beginning of March yet I received it the week prior to this, well packaged and strapped to its own pallet. The Plasma itself, the LG 50PS8000 is remarkable. All reviews said it struggled with standard definition signals and this is true but when hooked up to SkyHD it is clear beyond belief, although you do have to tweak the settings first.
