I was originally very skeptical of ordering over the internet something as expensive as a Plasma TV but now I cannot recommend 1staudiovisual enough. I believed all their customer comments were made up by themselves but took the chance of ordering anyway. From initial ordering to delivery of my item the communication was top notch. I was informed what was happening every step of the way. The site said my item was not due for delivery till the beginning of March yet I received it the week prior to this, well packaged and strapped to its own pallet. The Plasma itself, the LG 50PS8000 is remarkable. All reviews said it struggled with standard definition signals and this is true but when hooked up to SkyHD it is clear beyond belief, although you do have to tweak the settings first. To conclude, 1staudiovisual is now on my favourites list and the first place I come to for all my electronics. Thank You Very Much.

I read reviews but never review myself so here goes. Aesthetics: Uber slim - however so slim that I can see dents in the black surround where the screws at the back screw into it. Ergonomics: Same menu & set up as on most Samsungs. Pebble remote is a second remote, so if you don't like it, you don't need to use it. InternetTV: extra dongle required & only works if your internet provider allows. Picture: I watch in standard def. Picture quality is very good but there is a lot of "ghosting" around people who walk/jog on screen. This also applies to Blu-Ray movies. On PS3 gaming the picture is amazing. Sound: is as good as most TV's because all TV's hide their small speakers.

I really can't fault this TV. After being stung by a previous internet company I looked long and hard for a reputable company as well as comparing many different TV's at the same time. I'm glad I settled for the Samsung and 1stAudiovisual. The picture is excellent and the TV looks great. The only slight downside is the sound which is a bit "tinny". I have recommended this TV to several of my friends who have already placed their order after seeing mine.

This TV looks cool and handles HD and standard formats really well; the image is absolutely stunning when you view a Blu-ray disk. The built-in audio is somewhat limited but passable - you'll need an optical audio-in capable AV Receiver if you want to improve the situation. Connectivity is excellent, though it requires HDMI v1.4+ devices otherwise you don't get sound (you can plug one older version device into the HDMI/DVI socket and feed the audio separately via left/right AV ins).

Slim stylish with crisp picture quality. Set up imformation is poor to the layman and the features are not imediately apparent to the non technical. Having said that I got the set up and running for basics very quickly and without stress. I have now got to spend time I havent got interpreting the complex user manual . Why cant they supply an idiots guide as well for the likes of me.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing the Samsung UE40B7020 and after reading left they left me thinking am I buying the correct TV. After receiving my purchase and seeing/hearing the TV I was not dissapointed at all, I do agree speakers could be better but for watching TV the speakers are fine Picture superb. I cant say anything negative about this product. Very happy customer both with product and service from staudiovisual. Steven Scotland
