A 1st Class Service from 1staudiovisual.Ordered washing machine late Wednesday evening delivery to be Friday. Excellent communication service from the delivery company 1 call to say they would be here between 3pm & 5pm was that ok and a 2nd call just to say they were delayed in traffic and were on there way. The online tracking is fantastic i was kept upto date with everything. Washing Machine was £50 cheaper than Comet and with Free Delivery. I will be using 1staudiovisual again & will pass this on to everyone i know.

Just a quick note to say how impressed i was with your customer service right through to delivery of my tv. The Tv was £200 cheaper than anywhere else i had looked. From when i ordered i was informed via email of what stage my order was at. I ordered late sunday night and chose standard delivery. I was watching my new tv by tuesday evening. Its very refreshing ordering online and been informed of everything instead of having to ring and chase which i have done many times in the past with other internet companies. EXCELLENT!!. No problems at all. The progress of my order was easily monitored online. I chose to buy a TV from 1staudiovisual.co.uk for two reasons. (1) they were offering the cheapest price for the make and model number of my chosen TV. (2) having looked at their website, I noted that the delivery service was much better than most. The courier did ring me before the proposed delivery to check it was a suitable day. I confirmed it was and he said he would ring late afternoon/evening the day before to give me a 2 hour time slot for delivery. True to his word, he did ring me the day before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and did deliver within that time slot. No waiting in all day! Credit must go to the courier from Birmingham (I didnt note his name), who was both curteous and did what he said he would do. I couldnt ask for anything more from this transaction with 1staudiovisual. Needless to say that if their price is competitive for any future audio/visual purchases, then I wont hesitate to use 1staudiovisual.rnIan Burns
